Deep Stillness - Group Sound Meditation As autumn draws towards its close, the landscape grows quieter. The leaves have fallen, the days are shorter, and nature begins to settle into a slower rhythm. Before winter arrives, this session offers an opportunity to embrace that same sense of stillness - to pause, replenish, and gently prepare yourself for the quieter months ahead. Through sound, we'll create space to unwind, restore your energy, and reconnect with a sense of calm before the pace of the festive season begins. This is an invitation to pause. To lie down. To be held by sound. Layering tones from singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and other sonic tools and resonant instruments, you'll be guided into a spacious, meditative state. The vibrations work subtly yet powerfully, helping to quiet the mind and invite the body into deep rest - you are free to drift away to wherever this restorative, timeless, expansive session may take you. Eye covering enhances the journey, allowing the nervous system to drop more fully into relaxation. Craig's handmade silken eye covers will be available to purchase on arrival, or you may bring your own. Comfortable mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Latecomers are not admitted, so as not to disrupt the session. NB - If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker fitted, please contact Craig prior to booking. More about Craig: Craig is a musician and an IPHM certified Sound Therapy Practitioner providing Individual treatments and Group Sound Meditations through his practice 'Soundworks'. His Group Sound Meditations utilise the strengths of many instruments and sound tools to create rhythmic, calm, safe and welcoming spaces for all to relax in. You will be guided to a restful, meditative state using a variety of sounds. Stimulating frequencies create parasympathetic reactions that allow us to clear blockages whether emotional, mental, or physical. Work with such sound tools can be detoxing, balancing, de-stressing and uplifting.
